Pickup Hours
Orders are to be made before Saturday night 9pm each week. Pick up is that Wednesday the same week from 4-6pm at our store 1/210 west avenue wynnum 4178.
Delivery Hours
Delivery is every Wednesday from 8am-5pm. If no one is home to collect meals, please leave a esky or cooler bag in a safe location for our driver to place meals into. A message will be sent on delivery.

What are your delivery days and order cut-offs?

Place your order between Wednesday and Saturday before 9pm.

What time do you deliver?
We deliver every Wednesday and Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm across our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast delivery areas.
You’ll receive a notification once your meals have been delivered.
Can I collect my meals?
Yes! You can choose collection at checkout and pick up your meals directly from our Wynnum kitchen.
Simply select Collection when placing your order and your meals will be ready for you during the collection window.
How long do the meals last?
Our meals have a refrigerated shelf life of 4 days from delivery.
Our meals are made fresh in our own kitchen and placed straight into our cold room after production.
Keep your meals refrigerated until you're ready to enjoy them. If you won't eat them within the 4-day window, simply pop them in the freezer for later.
How do I heat the meals?
Our meals are ready in minutes:
2–3 minutes in the microwave when refrigerated
6–7 minutes in the microwave from frozen
3–5 minutes in a frying pan or wok
How are the meals delivered?
Your meals are delivered straight to your door in our insulated TB Meals box with ice bricks, designed to keep your meals cold for up to 4 hours.
