Pickup Hours
Orders are to be made before Saturday night 9pm each week. Pick up is that Wednesday the same week from 4-6pm at our store 1/210 west avenue wynnum 4178.
Delivery Hours
Delivery is every Wednesday from 8am-5pm. If no one is home to collect meals, please leave a esky or cooler bag in a safe location for our driver to place meals into. A message will be sent on delivery.

What are your delivery days and order cut-offs?

Place your order between Wednesday and Saturday (before 9pm).
🚚 Friday Delivery / Collection
Place your order between Sunday and Tuesday (before 9pm).
If you live more than 30km from 4178, your ordering window is Wednesday to Saturday each week. Please place your orders within these days to ensure delivery.
What time do you deliver?
At the moment, we deliver on Wednesday and Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm to surrounding areas and now the Northside of Brisbane.
A message will be sent upon delivery.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — we offer free delivery within a 20km radius from our kitchen in Wynnum.
How long do the meals last?
The shelf life on our meals is 4 days from each delivery.
Meals are made fresh on site and placed straight into the cold room out the back.
Meals are to be refrigerated, but they can also be frozen.
How do I heat the meals?
Meals are to be reheated:
2–3 minutes in the microwave if fresh
6–7 minutes in the microwave if frozen
3–5 minutes in a frying pan / wok
How are the meals delivered?
Meals come in our insulated box with ice bricks and will stay cool for up to 4 hours.
