Pickup Hours
Orders are to be made before Saturday night 9pm each week. Pick up is that Wednesday the same week from 4-6pm at our store 1/210 west avenue wynnum 4178.
Delivery Hours
Delivery is every Wednesday from 8am-5pm. If no one is home to collect meals, please leave a esky or cooler bag in a safe location for our driver to place meals into. A message will be sent on delivery.

What are your delivery days and order cut-offs?

Place your order between Wednesday and Saturday (before 9:00pm).
🚚 Friday Delivery / Collection
Place your order between Sunday and Tuesday (before 9:00pm).
If you live more than 30km from 4178, your ordering window is Wednesday–Saturday each week.
What time do you deliver?
We currently deliver on Wednesday and Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm.
You'll receive a notification once your order has been delivered.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! We offer FREE delivery within a 35km radius of our Wynnum kitchen.
How long do the meals last?
Our meals have a shelf life of 4 days from delivery.
They're made fresh in our kitchen, chilled immediately and should be kept refrigerated.
You can also freeze them if you'd like to keep them for longer.
How do I heat the meals?
Heating instructions:
2–3 minutes in the microwave (fresh)
6–7 minutes in the microwave (frozen)
3–5 minutes in a frying pan or wok
How are the meals delivered?
Your meals arrive in our insulated delivery box with ice bricks and stay cold for up to 4 hours.
