How long do the meals last?

Our meals will last up to 4 days refrigerated. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.

Can I freeze the meals?

Absolutely. Our meals arrive fresh and refrigerated, but they can also be frozen. Because our meats are slow-cooked and marinated, they reheat beautifully from frozen.

How do I heat the meals?

Meals can be reheated using the following methods:

  • Fresh: Microwave for 2–3 minutes
  • Frozen: Microwave for 6–7 minutes
  • Stovetop: Heat in a frying pan or wok for 3–5 minutes
How are the meals delivered?

Your meals are delivered refrigerated in an insulated TB Meals box with thermal insulation and ice bricks to help keep everything cold.

Once delivered, meals can safely remain in the insulated box for up to 4 hours before being placed in the fridge or freezer.

What if I’m not satisfied?

We want you to genuinely enjoy your TB Meals. If you're not satisfied with your order, please get in touch with us and we'll make it right.

What days do you deliver?

We currently deliver on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Wednesday Delivery
Place your order between Wednesday and Saturday before 9pm Saturday.

Friday Delivery
Place your order between Sunday and Tuesday before 9pm Tuesday.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Brisbane, Bayside, Redlands and selected Sunshine Coast areas.

Our delivery areas include Wynnum, Manly, Bulimba, Cannon Hill, Murarrie, Carindale, Belmont, Capalaba, Alexandra Hills, Cleveland, Thornlands, Thorneside, Victoria Point, Redland Bay, Mt Cotton, Gumdale, Eight Mile Plains, Redcliffe, Nundah, Chermside, The Gap, Ashgrove, Annerley, Moorooka, Browns Plains, Underwood, Rochedale and many more.
