NDIS Meal Ordering Instructions (Easy to Follow)
If you are using the NDIS and your plan allows meal reimbursements, here’s how to order with us:
1. Place your meal order online
Order your meals as normal through our website.
2. Email us your NDIS information
After you’ve placed your order, send us an email with the following:
Your full name
Your NDIS number
Confirmation that your NDIS plan includes meal reimbursements
Your plan manager’s email address
Email: theresasbliss@hotmail.com
3. We create a split invoice for you
Once we receive your email, we will prepare a tax invoice split into 70/30:
70% → Cost of the meals (this is the portion claimable through NDIS)
30% → Meal preparation & delivery fee (paid by you directly at checkout)
This split is required by the NDIS guidelines.
4. Send the invoice to your plan manager
We will email you the completed invoice.
You can then forward it to your plan manager to request reimbursement for the 70% portion.
5. Your delivery is prepared as normal
Your meals will still be prepared and delivered according to your selected delivery schedule.
