We deliver on Wednesday and Friday between 7:00am–5:00pm to surrounding areas and now the Northside of Brisbane.

The shelf life on our meals is 4 days from each delivery.

Meals are made fresh on site and placed straight into the cold room out the back.

If you live more than 30km from 4178, your ordering window is Wednesday to Saturday each week. Please place your orders within these days to ensure delivery.
